HCSC Completes Acquisition of Trustmark Health Benefits

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), which operates Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK), has finalized the previously announced purchase of Trustmark Health Benefits (Health Benefits) from Trustco Holdings, Inc. (Trustmark ). Health Benefits is a leading third-party administrator of health benefits in the United States.
